I have had Karoo a couple of months now, It started off at about 12Mbs, physically I am LESS than a mile from the exchange, so i SHOULD get 21Mbs on ADSL 2+, however according to Karoo themselves, I am more than a mile and a half away (along their crappy wires) and so I will only get about 8Mbs AVERAGE so er yeah, thanks for your £40 very much! and fuck you...
